On the Day
The Summit is a two-day event from 1st - 2nd October 2024.
All speakers are afforded complimentary access to both days of the Summit including all hospitality.
Doors open at 7:30 AM BST on both days, where tea, coffee and a light breakfast will be served.
Please aim to arrive promptly. When you arrive, please let a member of the Frontier Events Team at the Registration Desk know that you are a speaker. They will then take you to the AV team to check your presentation and go through any questions you may have.
During the break before your session, please go to the theatre where the AV team will attach your lapel mic. At this point you will also meet your session chairperson/moderator.
You will deliver your presentation from the lectern where we will have a lectern mic, a remote mouse so you can control your own presentation, and a comfort monitor to see your slides.
Should you over-run, the Moderators will stop your presentation.
Venue & Security
As part of our security protocol, the details of the venue will only be released via the Summit App the week before the event.
All registered delegates will receive notification of this but only if you have downloaded the App. Instructions to download are below.
The Summit App will be your passport to the event. When you arrive at the venue, we will ask you to show your Summit App, along with a form of official photo identification (eg) Passport or Driving License.
The venue policy is that anyone not on our guest list will not be allowed access.
Registration staff will have a list of all of our confirmed guests. Please be patient while they find your badge and check your identity.
We would ask that you do not disclose details of the venue or publish any information about the venue on social media both in the run up, during and post-Summit.
Download the Summit App
It is crucial you download the Summit App. This gives you access to the venue, and allows you to see the attendee list, agenda, sponsors and exhibitors list and to connect and set up meetings with other delegates.
